The DVC Group has served society through various ventures for more than 100 years. Peepal Tree, the Educational Wing of DVC Group, was established in 2015 and is a group of premier foundation educational institutions that offer quality preschool education, daycare, activity centres, and after school programmes.
We encourage children to reason, think beyond the usual, and enjoy learning. The 9i Approach underlines that our programmes foster an engaging, stimulating, exploratory, and fun environment suitable for children’s growth in their early years.

Mr. SANDESH DESU
CEO AND FOUNDER
After completing his MBA from Jain University, Bangalore, he began his career with Jain Group of Institutions where he merged business skills with his objectives and lead the team to establish many Jain Heritage Schools and Jain Public Schools in and around Bangalore.
… As he was focused to set up educational institutions that stand for quality education and joy of learning, Peepal Tree Group of Institutions was founded in the year 2015 with one school in Andhra Pradesh and another one in Bangalore.
Over the years he has worked to educate children and serve every section of society without any discrimination. It is his mission to collaborate and work towards an education system that provides for developing 21st-century skills in children to make them self-reliant, independent, competent, and virtuous individuals.
Ms. ASHWINI R
CO-FOUNDER
After three years in corporate, she decided to follow her passion and interest in education. Hence, enhanced her knowledge by completing the course on Montessori and Kindergarten Teacher Training.
… In 2015, she co-founded Peepal Tree Early Childhood Education with the objective to spread knowledge and happiness among children in their early years. She has played a key role in setting up the school, drafting the age-appropriate curriculum at Peepal Tree, and attaining the copyrights of the workbooks developed by her. She is trained on Jolly Phonics and conducts workshops on phonics for Teachers.
And today, with a strong intent to bring changes in the education system, she is working to bring in a creative, holistic, and child-centric curriculum keeping “PLAY” as a key philosophy.
Ms. PHYLLIS FARIAS
CURRICULUM CONSULTANT
… She is passionate about children and education. She uses various pathways to reach the child. Parent to child- by conducting Parenting workshops for different age groups of children. Teacher to child- facilitating teachers to know themselves, know the children and bring it together in effective pedagogy and creating a supportive classroom environment. Children to children- by conducting workshops on various student-related issues, value education, reading enrichment, study skills, public speaking and many more.
Ms. Phyllis Farias is a counsellor for children with emotional and learning problems, aptitude testing and career. As a consultant, she helps management and teachers to develop curriculum to suit the vision and mission of the school. She is also a blogger on Medium and writes on topics she is passionate about.
Ms. SARIKA M SINGH

… She has conducted several workshops for teachers and parents. She has also worked on developing an age-appropriate curriculum and authored articles related to child development and parenting. She considers learning an ongoing process and keeps herself updated about the latest developments and research in the education field.
As an educator, she believes, “Education is not only about teaching children; education is about empowering children to observe, investigate, and reason to find answers by themselves and be lifelong learners.”

Having a vast experience in the education industry, associated with major(leading) preschool brands, played a pivotal role in various initiatives including major expansion of preschool brands previously associated with and creating success stories by effectively handling the challenges and mentoring the passionate preschool investors.

Ms. RASHIDA KAPADIA

Ms. Rashida Kapadia is a passionate educator, mentor, and a great leader. She has been associated with Early Childhood for a decade.
A teacher by heart and an excellent storyteller has conveyed beautiful messages on life skills and development through her stories. She believes that humour is one of the skills best attained in early childhood by a child that can help him to grow as an adult who is resilient, less anxious, and a critical thinker.
