It is also open for the alumni of Peepal Tree because we believe that knowledge sharing and happiness of celebrations is doubled when the participation is not only by the children enrolled during the year and their parents but also the Alumni of Peepal Tree.

Corporate Tie-Ups
We take care while you work by providing school and daycare facilities for your little ones. To support mothers to fulfil their career objectives, Peepal Tree has tie-ups with the corporates for setting up centers either onsite or providing care at Peepal Tree Centre.

It is our constant endeavour to provide our children with the best opportunities and facilities during their pre-school years and ensure a smooth transition from
Kindergarten to Grade 1.
To facilitate admission in mainstream school after the completion of kindergarten, Peepal Tree has collaborated with a few of the leading schools.

Child Safety Policy
Peepal Tree is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for the physical and emotional well-being of all our children in school and daycare.
It includes infrastructure and interiors inside the premises, the play area, and all other facilities. Every area is carefully designed keeping in mind the children’s safety. The corners of the furniture are rounded and do not have sharp edges, cleaning materials are stored in cupboards and out of children’s reach, stoppers are installed at every door and window, electric sockets are above child’s height, sand pit area is cleaned frequently, and play equipment are child safe.
Nutrition for children is ensured through a planned monthly menu for food. Any kind of junk food is strictly prohibited.
Children’s drop and pick up is strictly either by parents or person authorized by parents. School, under any circumstances, does not allow pick up of children by anyone other than those mentioned by the parents.
School vans provide for safe commute of children to and fro. Lady attendant is always present. Children are picked up only by the parents/authorized person from the pick-up point.
In case of any accident/ incident, trained teachers administer First Aid, inform parents, and arrange for either doctor on call or visit to the nearby medical facility. The reason for the occurrence of the accident/incident is reviewed and resolved.
Every staff must treat children with respect and care. The policy of zero tolerance is applicable. Strict actions are taken against anyone found guilty.
Background check of staff is done at the time of recruitment. After joining, they are trained intensively in childcare and development.
Information related to children and the CCTV footage are shared only with people who need to access the same with permission.
Child protection Policy to protect children as per the Indian Law is followed.
Privacy Policy
The privacy policy of Peepal Tree Preschool relates to the personal information collected by the school :
- The children and parents who have visited for admission enquiry purpose
- The children, parents, siblings, guardians, family members or anyone who is directly involved with the upbringing/ care of the children enrolled with Peepal Tree School.
Peepal Tree is careful about the sensitivity and is committed to protecting all information shared by you. Below is the outline of the school’s privacy policy on the use and disclosure of personal data and information collected.
Personal data of the child, parents, siblings, family members and guardians are collected to have first-hand information which may be required for the care of children at school and daycare. Peepal Tree collects the following personal information about the child and parents:
- Student name, date of birth and age
- Parents / Guardians name
- Parents email address, work and home phone number, residential address and work address.
- Wellness and medical records
- Payment information, if payment is made through cheque, online etc.
While disclosing personal information, only the selective part is shared with the persons within the organization depending upon the necessity. We also ensure that the officials understand the sensitivity and purpose and are also clear about the obligation in maintaining confidentiality. Access to the personal data is available only to the below officials:
- Peepal Tree Management
- Branch Center Head
- Admin In-charge
Peepal Tree may receive personal information about the child and parents through the below sources:
- Admission enquiry
- Admission process
- Online submission of details
- Submission of details on the school app
- Information as shared on the school social media account.
Having read the privacy policy and enrolling your child at Peepal Tree, your consent is deemed to be accepted for disclosure of personal information with the officials of the school as per the privacy policy.
The personal data is maintained in the school records until the child continues to be enrolled with Peepal Tree School and daycare and for a fixed time thereafter as per the financial and legal requirements. Paper records that are no longer needed are shredded as per the internal retention policy of the school.
At Peepal Tree, the following procedure is followed to protect the data against theft, modification, disclosure, copying and destruction of the personal data.
- Written data is filed in the filing cabinets and can be accessed by the management, center heads, and administration staff.
- Access to electronic data is limited to know depending on the job profile of the official.
- Passwords are secured, and unauthorized access to the systems is prohibited.
- Under no circumstances, any information is shared with external authorities for marketing purposes.
